Public Relations Team
Meredith Geisler is the leader of TRESELER ZALBE LLC public relations, helping many athletes, celebrities and clients leverage their sports & entertainment involvement through the media. Meredith has been at the forefront of the sports public relations industry for over 20 years specializing in sports publicity/media relations, strategic planning, consulting, and event Public Relations.
In the past two decades, Meredith Geisler has been responsible for public relations campaigns for such notable athletes including; Derek Jeter, Cal Ripkin, Tim Duncan, Grant Hill, Shane Battier, Ray Allen, Luke Walton, Bruce Bowen, David Robinson, Annika Sorenstam, Coach Jim Larranaga, Malik Rose, Jerome Williams, Luke Ridnour, Chamique Holdsclaw, Tamika Catchings, Rickie Weeks, Tim Clark, Cobi Jones, Tommy Amaker, Bonnie Blair, Carla Overbeck, Steffi Graf, Mark Philippoussis and Lee Janzen. The management of the media operations for a wide array of professional events including US Open, Marine Corps Marathon and Fila Summer Pro League, The Presidents Cup, Cadillac NFL Golf Classic, American Express Invitational, JAL Big Apple Classic and the LPGA Championship. And, she too has directed media relations programs for Williams & Connolly (sports practice) Fila USA, Advantage International, Total Sports, eoSports, NYNEX, Lexus, BMW, Procter & Gamble, Geier Financial Management, University of Dreams, and Wolf Creek Golf Resort.
Meredith earned her B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 1981, and a M.S. in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts in 1982.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Meredith Geisler is a frequent speaker on sports public relations related topics at industry conferences, is involved in a variety of career and community activities and is an adjunct professor in the masters program in Sports Management at George Washington University. She has served on the Board of Advisors for Evolution Adventure, Inc., the Sports Business Daily, and was an advisor to the Derek Jeter Turn 2 Foundation’s “Jeter’s Leaders”program. Additionally, she won a Volunteer Service for her work with the National Kidney Foundation, was a board member of the Child Development Center, and was a member of the Fila Employee Council.
On a personal note Meredith was also a top-ranked AAU, Division III collegiate and Masters Swimmer, and has competed since her youth. She is married and is the proud mother of a daughter Natalie and son Grant.
